    PRS Property Management: I Will never look at being a tenant the same EVER ************:I am writing this review not just as a former tenant, but as a mother, legal self-advocate, and community member who endured a deeply traumatic experience under PRS Property Management. What I faced was not simple mismanagementit was a calculated pattern of deception, intimidation, and retaliation that destabilized my housing and harmed my family.Throughout my lease, PRS: Enforced undisclosed HOA rules and fines without legal authority or transparency. Diverted public rental assistance funds meant for rent to cover unrelated charges like HOA fees and late penaltieswithout my consent. ******** with service requests in the tenant portal, deleting and renaming them to obscure maintenance issues. Allowed unverified accusations from a neighbor to trigger police visits, surveillance, and emotional distressespecially targeting my children. Employed an unlicensed property manager who issued legal notices and fines, violating Arizona law. Used the eviction process to inflict fear and confusion, sending police to my door and refusing to communicate until after I had vacated under duress.Even after I moved out, PRS continues to send daily balance sheets with inflated charges and inaccurate move-out dates, while threatening to withhold my deposit and add further fees.This is not just about one tenant. PRS has shown a pattern of exploiting vulnerable renters, especially those relying on assistance or facing hardship. Their practices violate multiple Arizona statutes and consumer protection laws.I urge anyone considering PRS to think twice. If you value transparency, lawful conduct, and basic human dignitylook elsewhere. And if youve been harmed by ***, speak up. Your voice matters.****** ****

    Terrible company.Won't respond unless you threaten legal response. ***** prescott will not return my emails or phone calls.

    0 stars. Taxes havent been paid in 5 years on this property so we get harassed by investment companies looking for the owner. Weve been left with black mold, exposed wiring, safety hazards and overgrown trees (per our lease and **** Prescotts email, PRS should have come out to trim them last year). Its impossible to get in touch with the office as they never answer phone calls. They violate their part of the lease consistently. Awful company.
