    We have greatly appreciated working with *** and his team at Pivotal Solutions! They gave amazing customer service during the entire process and were very transparent through each step to ensure we had no questions. The project manager gave a clear and concise timeframe for when things should be completed, and they followed through every step of the way. Our questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and the employees were extremely approachable. Im very pleased with this company.

    My roof was damaged during the summer storm here in Tucson, Az. in July 2024. I contacted this company because they had provided support in getting my Solar system installed a few years ago and had done a great job. They got right on my roof problem and provided a quote that was acceptable to me and my insurance company. Once my insurance approved the quote, Joe Lore, from Pivotal got to work and got the project going. The company did a great job, had workers at the house when they said they would and completed the project in a very timely manner. The roof looks great, and the neighbors have commented on how good the new roof looks. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing issues you may have. Don't forget they also install solar systems.
