    Dishonest. Incompetent. Slow. Expensive. CDC Pools is, from front office to laborer, the worst option for a pool remodel.Where do I begin?CDC Pools invoices you upfront, then doesn't show up to do any work until you've bugged them for weeks.CDC Pools lies to you by claiming work was done when it was not.CDC Pools will ignore communications for days, then set appointments weeks out (which they will no-show).CDC Pools does an incomplete job installing pool automation. I'm an engineer, so I did the work for them.CDC Pools does an incomplete job installing plumbing. I hired another company to fix their botched vacuum line job.CDC Pools does an incomplete job installing heat pumps. I installed the temperature sensor and set up the communications myself.CDC Pools does an incomplete job installing electical systems. They just "gave up" when trying to connect my lighting system.CDC Pools attempts to rip you off on electrical work, then refuses to work with wire installed by anyone else.CDC Pools rips you off on the smallest changes. Want that tile vertical instead of horizontal? Massive upcharge.One full year after the project kicked off, I'm still working to fix their mistakes. I cannot overstate how critical it is to avoid this company. Please do not trust them to work on your project in any capacity.
