      ******* came out to assess our irrigation. He didn't know how much a new system would cost. He did t offer to fix anything. He verbally named several parts I needed to purchase on my own, didn't write anything down, and told me they charges $250 per hour if we wanted them to come back to fix anything. He left big holes in my yard. Then at the end he informs me that there's a diagnostic fee. I felt obligated to pay despite not being properly informed. On top of this, I noticed via my email recipe I was over charged additional fee for supplies. I spoke with the owner, *****. ***** spoke with his associate and then got back to me saying he would refund me. I was relieved thinking this nightmare was taken care of. It took a few weeks before I noticed my check went through my bank. I tried reaching ***** to ask about the refund. It was very hard to get anyone on the phone. ***** text me saying he was only refunding the supply fee; this is not what he originally stated. I was very disappointed with this company and would not recommend anyone using them!
