      I took my daughter to this orthodontist and during the consultation the orthodontist said the treatment will last ***** months. Every time my daughter went for adjustment the doctor will not see her and the assistant would change the rubber bands or the times when the doctor did saw her he will instruct the assistant to make certain adjustments and 90% of the time she forgot and when she was done putting the rubber bands back she will tell my daughter the adjustment will be done next time because she forgot. At month 12 I talked to the orthodontist and he was absolutely offended. He told me to go somewhere else if I question him. I explained what happens every visit and that is has been 12 months and my daughters teeth were not looking good and this was a second time wearing braces for her, it was supposed to be a small adjustment to perfect her teeth. He agreed to pay more attention and for the next 3 visits or so he did. After a few visits his staff started to forget the adjustments again and my daughters teeth started to shift, her teeth at 18 months look worse then when we started, at this point we asked to remove the braces. They said we have to pay $600 to remove them. I told them I need to speak with whoever is in charge of the clinic because its not right that they messed up my daughters teeth and now I have to take her to a new orthodontist to fix the damage and that I would be reporting them to the BBB. They quickly removed her braces without charging the $600 and promoted to put me in contact with the office manager to discuss refund. This was in November, they kept billing my bank for $154 monthly. I called multiple times and they keep taking my information to call back but nothing. I now went to the office and there was only one lady at the front desk. She took my information and told me the office manager will call me. That was last month. I am requesting refund because the clinic neglected my daughter and ruined her teeth.
