    Today July ******* I was scheduled and drop off my tundra capstone for maintaining ********** at 7:45 am the Advisor ****** ****** he walk around and check my truck look great doesnt have any issues. Than after two hours service the truck and he came to tell me your truck done all good .. than I walk with him to a cashier counter get the paperwork and go pick up my truck and than I took a look around my truck than I saw the truck vehicle have a scratch in my vehicle.Than I went back to talk with advisor and manager in service.. beginning they say my truck has issues before but I called him go out side look its a brand new scratch and the paint still stick in the vehicles.. but the manger still not accepting his employees done sachets on my truck .After I yelled with than they okay to scheduled to fix my truck .. I mean they need to improve the workers how to Drivier vehicles to in *************

    ****************** is horrible. 27min I sat in line just to get checked in, and it was early morning. Then over 3 hours for an oil change. Judging by how happy their employees look, no wonder why service takes forever. This isnt the first time- if it wasnt for its location, Id go somewhere else.

    *** here with my family to look for a car. The salesperson, ****, was professional and nice to us. It changed when the sale manager came out. He was rude, unprofessional, and condescending. He showed discrimination toward us because we were Asian. Will file formal complain. Will advise people not to come here if you are Asian or minority.

    I bought a Camry 6 months ago has under **** miles made an appointment for minor warranty service and they cant tell me how long it will take they said maybe 2 or 3 days and will not provide me with a loaner.had to rent a car for ***** a day wow customer service does not exist here!!I would rethink buying a car from this place
