1 starHad me sign a contract but failed to follow through with the deposit. Now they have a contract I signed to withdraw automatic payments from my checking account but never funded the loan. Dont waste your time.Review fromKristin N

1 starI was recently in a natural disaster in *** and lost three business had no power water or cell service for ************************************ the midst of it. Applied for **** got denied lost 5 fridges of food between my home and business. Had to put my road back which cost $1500 I finally was able to contact cascade and asked for help with 1 month payment (October). They gave me the run around for a month and a half then told me I was in a repayment plan but didnt know what one said they would call me never did. When I finally called and raised h*** they said we will call you back with info, they never did so I called again got someone new she told me they dont offer help really and that I now have a 30 day and 60 day late on my credit. They made me pay 2 months Oct and Nov and then in a few days I have to pay Decembers. My choices were to refinance at a 8% or higher rate when Im a 3% now they said what they did was stop it from being foreclosed on. Ive never been late and have an amazing credit score. The guy actually got very nasty with me and personally attacked me. I was going to leave them but they ruined my credit now! They said but theres no late fees!! I would have taken the late fee over the stress and a credit hit. Complete run aroundReview fromDeborah H

1 starAt first I thought this was the best company. Everything was so easy. However, after some storm damage we had to have some repairs to our home. With the check from the insurance company being made out to us and the mortgage company, we signed everything and sent it back to them. They have since made us jump through hoops to get them to send the company that did the work to release the payment to them. Every time we have been told they had everything they needed and they would release the payment in 3-5 business days it was never released. When the 5 days would be up and it was followed up on again it has always been a new issue of why they can not release payment. We have literally signed the same disclosure form 3 times and sent to them. We have signed the 3rd party release forms. They refuse to work with the roofing company on a status. They want their payments (which I have never had a late payment with them), but they do not want to release a payment to another company. An absolute nightmare! If you have to deal with anything other than paying them good luck!Review fromCharles M

1 starAt first I thought this was a good company to do business with. Everything was fine till I sold my place. Now they refuse to report the sale to credit bureau. I have called and was given the run around and even put a dispute in with ****** still nothing. They absolutely do not care about customers find another loan.

5 starsWonderful company, **** was awesome always there when I had a question. Had a few bumps in contacting the processor gathering the documents. But **** stepped up and assisted.
