    On June 28th of 2022 I got a quote from *************************** of **** Home Improvements to paint the exterior of my house and repair the ceiling of the carport. Listed in estimate: Scrape back gravel around home 1 inch, pressure wash entire house except roof, fix cracks or splits use two coats of ******************************* 25 year paint of owners choice and trim. He gives a money back guarantee and a two year warranty. He didnt finish the job. Pictures included. Today my daughter went around to see what she had to do to finish it and found paint peeling and realized we would need to repaint the whole house as there is only one coat on the whole house. and there are spots where the paint is already peeling and there are spots where it is just too high for my daughter to reach. Im 75 years old and my daughter is 54. Pictures will show paint not finished. paint on the rocks in the yard paint peeling off the walls posts not painted the new color. Painting done sloppily. I did try many times to contact this man in the days and weeks after to schedule a time for him to come back and finish the job and he has never been available to answer the phone. I have left messages to no avail. The phone number he has listed in the BBB is not his number anymore and his address is wrong. his new # is ************. It is the same guy my daughter looked up his contractors # which is why we thought it would be ok to hire him. He is licenced.
