    I purchased an item from the store and received an email confirming the order July 18th. However, after a month I did not receive any communication of the status. Since the purchase, I emailed on August 12th and on August 19th. No communication has been received. I believe this is a fake business and needs to be taken down before others fall victim.

    I ordered a product (April 7th) from the business after seeing their posts on social media. I received a confirmation email and order number after completing the payment.It says 3-5 weeks for order fulfillment. I have reached out on social media and by email for an update on my order and have not received any response.I see many people online with the same complaint.They come across as a reputable business on social media, and are openly encouraging people to purchase their products.

    I placed an order and never got it. Email them about it and got no response. I want my money back!

    I placed an order with this business on November 7th 2023 and received my order on November 21 2023. The product I ordered at the time was a "Embroidered **** Trucker Hat", however I received a snapback hat instead. I since contacted the merchant via their customer care contact service twice, but have not heard back since. They claimed to get back to me in 48 hours, but it's been over a month and still no word from them.I went back to the website a few days after I received my order and saw that the merchant has since changed the name from "trucker" to "snapback" for the same product, but they are still advertising a picture of a trucker hat. Unfortunately, I do not have an image of the description on the website when it said "trucker hat", but I do have evidence of the description in the order invoice. Personally I believe this to be some form of false advertising. I have attached screenshots of the messages I have sent the merchant, the product I received, and of the description of the product in the order invoice before they changed the description name.
