    Placed order on July 15, 2025 and received email confirmation on July 15. Today is August 18, 2025 and I have not received the merchandise. After many calls and emails to the Merchant I have received no reply from the Merchant. I requested an order cancellation on August 8, 2025 and have received no reply or updates. Complete silence from Merchant since July 15. Charge of $126.32 still posted on my credit card account even though I never received the merchandise.

    I purchased a handgun on their website. After a week of no contact, I called and the *** explained there was some system issue blocking the order and it would be corrected. The *** also stated there was a price disc***ancy but they would honor it. I thought that was nice of them. She explained it would be mailed out the following Monday which was 2 days ago. I have not received any correspondence on the order. My purchase was made on 06/22/2025 and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent in an email and 2 follow up calls and now they are not answering calls. I feel like they are just stalling to not provide the item they listed incorrectly. They have already taken my money. I am requesting the firearm I lurches to be sent as they had no issues taking my funds.Honestly, I was really impressed when they said they were going to honor their pricing but Im not impressed with the little communication Im getting from the business. If they dont follow through its just word over actions.
