Purchased New Garage door with install 09/19. There were 4-5 visits after the original install to fix issues with the door not operating properly. The same issues started 6 months ago with the door not operating again. I could not find paperwork for the company that did the install until recently. I hired two other companies to come out to give an assessment of what's wrong with the door. Telling them that is only an assessment not to try and sell me something not needed. Both companies stated the same thing. The door wasn't properly installed, the rollers are damaged from the misalignment of the door and the bearings are no good due to not being installed correctly. They stated the door would have to be removed and reinstalled, replacing the worn/damaged parts. I found the information and called Garage Door Hero's. After 3 phone calls with no call back from a supervisor a tech showed up to the house and basically called me a liar for 45 mins. He stated that I had someone work on it and there was not a thing wrong with the door or the install. "The other companies were just trying to sell me something". After not being able to duplicate the issue he did something to the track and left. Approximately an hour later the same issues happened again multiple times. I took pictures of the damage to the door and the track and where it was getting caught up. I forwarded these pictures to him with 4 text messages with NO response. I have called the company number 5 times now with NO call back from a manager.
