    I ordered a clothing box which also contained entries for a drawing of a *** m4 car. The package was worth 165 dollars and ***** entries into the drawing. I never received the package. When i contacted customer support they told me to stop adding comments to the instagram page and blocked me completely. Now not only did I not receive my package but I have no access to contact support or see who won the drawing.

    First off *********************** has received the package he ordered and we have tracking to confirm his order was shipped and received. Second **** was blocked from Techbuds apparel instagram due to his inappropriate comments on every new post we shared. **** complaint has no merit as he received his order and any communication to Techbuds apparel should be via email which he obviously knew of. Please remove this complaint from our history as this complain has nothing to do with Techbuds solutions but Techbuds apparel. Completely different entity.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
