    Multiple salesmen from this business have visited our residence several times during the past couple days. Two of the visits have been mid-evening. We expressed that we would think about it and contact them if we wanted to proceed with services. They contacted us via text, and we told them we weren't interested. After we denied their services, they have visited our home twice. I have contacted them and made it clear we don't want them to return. I will report this to my local consumers affairs if it happens again.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the complaint submitted by Mr. ***** ******** (Complaint ID#: *********.
    First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience Mr. ******** has experienced due to multiple sales visits to his residence. We take this matter seriously and are committed to respectful and professional interactions with every member of the community.
    Upon receiving notice of this issue, we conducted an internal review and determined that the contact occurred during a period of active outreach by newly onboarded sales representatives. Since then, we have taken the following corrective actions:
    Internal Notification: We have notified our entire sales team on July 17th 2025, including the representatives involved, that this address is not to be contacted or visited again under any circumstances.
    Updated Training: We have implemented additional training for all sales personnel to ensure they clearly understand and adhere to "No Solicitation" requests, as well as promptly honor any customer refusal of services.
    Policy Reinforcement: We have reinforced our policy of immediate termination of contact upon any verbal or written indication that a homeowner is not interested in our services.
    We fully respect Mr. ********* right to privacy and want to reassure both him and the Better Business Bureau that no further contact will be made by our company. His residence has been permanently flagged in our internal systems to prevent future outreach.
    We appreciate the role the BBB plays in facilitating communication and improvement between businesses and the public. Should Mr. ******** wish to speak with us directly, we are available and happy to provide a personal apology and confirmation of the steps taken.
