  Disappointing Experience with Phoenix Graphix I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Phoenix Graphix, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. My order for General *** graphics turned into an absolute nightmare, leaving me with two sets of defective decals and an unhelpful customer service experience.The first set of graphics we received had obvious defects, forcing us to go through the hassle of removing them. Unfortunately, our hope for a resolution was dashed when we puchaced a second set because they would not sell us just the flag, the replacement set arrived with the same glaring issues. At this point, my patience was wearing thin, and I decided to contact Phoenix Graphix to seek a solution.To my dismay, the customer service at ********************** was anything but cooperative. When we proposed a reasonable solution of cutting off the damaged edges ourselves to salvage what we could, they outright refused to work with us. They only wanted to send out a third of decals and we are not willing to take that chance a third time. It was disheartening to encounter such inflexibility, especially considering we were merely trying to find a middle ground to salvage the situation.Given the lack of cooperation and the unwillingness to address the quality issues with their products, I have made the decision never to use Phoenix Graphix again. It's disappointing to encounter a company that not only delivers subpar products but also fails to provide adequate customer support when problems arise.I strongly caution anyone considering Phoenix Graphix for their graphics needs to think twice. There are undoubtedly better options out there that value their customers and stand behind the quality of their products. My experience with Phoenix Graphix has left me frustrated and dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend them to others based on the lackluster products and unhelpful customer service I encountered.

  **************** purchased his original silk screend General ************ on 4/26/22 through the internet with no human contact. He chose to clear coat his car it appears over a year later. Clear coating is not recommended by major Manufacturers as it can ruin decals, Phoenix Graphix *** does not recommend doing a clear coat over decals due to the fact the decals have a UV protectant applied to it during the screening process.. **************** ordered a second set of decals on 12/4/23 and wanted the flag roof and the names. CSE informed him that it was cheaper to buy the kit rather than ordering items a la carte as he was requesting so he was sold the kit to save him money and he agreed after this was explained to him. **************** sent photos and we saw no damage to the decals, he alleges he had to trim the edges. **************** was offered the opportunity to return the current decals for a refund. A professional body shop should have recognized there were no concerns with the decal and would have been able to apply the decals with no issues. This customer is unreasonable and all solutions we offered him was unsatisfactory.
