This business scammed me out of a 30k investment. **** continues to extend the date of when the investment will pay dividends and continues this charade over and over, forever extending the delivery date hoping you forget about your hard earned money.

Shaq (he goes by his nickname) and his father are shareholders in my company, ARM5 Formula *** Were not scamming him. Hes foolishly damaging his investment because he wants to get refunded and theres no option for a refund, at least at this time. We actually intend to refund him at some point soon since hes been a terrible shareholder to begin with and is posting complaints like this online. He even bought ************************** , for example. Hes been committing a breach of fiduciary duty through his actions. (reference: ***********************************************************************************************************************************)
Bottom line is that he received what he invested into and has signed agreements on file backing up this claim. Were working day in, day out, on turning his investment into a positive ROI to serve him and our other shareholders.
