    My ex-wife had Black Hat Security installed at our home at the time **************************************** ****, ** ***** in 2018. We we're married at that time. She set it all up. She paid every payment. The contract was for 3 years. During that first three years we had a bad roof fire that destroyed everything in the house. The contractor that rebuilt our home had to pay Black Hat for a new install & new equipment.My wife and I our now divorced and no longer live at this address. On 8/24/2023 I started receiving Text Messages from this number ************ This person said they're Black Hat Security and I have a passed due balance and owed a payment for the rest of the years. I have never communicated personally with this company and directed them to my ex-wife. This number responded that they already spoke to her because her name was the *** of the account and said she gave them my contact information.I explained to them the three year contract had already expired. They said the Contract Auto Renews without written Cancelation. This number continues to text at all times of the day threating with collections. I have a text message from this number and they specifically point out that the Auto Renew language is purposely small. I personally did not sign this contract. My ex wife has horrible credit and always has had horrible credit. When married it was routine for her to use my information because of credit purposes when necessary. She knows my personal information a signature. Again I have never personally paid or communicated in any way with this company. Our house was sold due to our divorce. Which was serval months ago.Black Hat was paid in full for the three year agreed contract. They were also paid again in full when the Security System was re-installed in the home following the fire. We haven't been in the home most of this year and are not using their services. I have attached the contract that was just recently provided by the person texting from ************. They highlighted the auto new hidden language.There is no logical reason for them to be pursuing more payment for a service they're not providing and was paid in full for the three year contract. There should be no additional payment needed.
