      Purchased GPS device in May of 2024. I had routine problems with device not reporting battery level properly and not locating device on GPS tracker. First device fully died in November 2024. DfenceGPS sent second unit in February 2025. Second unit has same problems: battery level not displaying and battery dying quickly. GPS tracker is reporting device leaving geofence when it is not moving, providing inaccurate reporting data. DfenceGPS support has ignored my last three requests for support on this device. Considering this device has never worked properly or as described since purchase, I'd like to back out of this transaction and go our separate ways. DfenceGPS has been unresponsive to me. Thank you.

      Hallelujah! The replacement device arrived over the weekend and today I was able to confirm the geofence worked properly and reported me leaving accurately both times.

       

      Im happy to have a working unit finally, thank you so much for sticking with my case.

       

      Ive got the old unit wrapped in its box, Ill drop it by the shipping store in the next couple of days.
