  I flew to ****** ******* 2024 for treatment at R3. 1 doctor was there and an assistant on the younger side...early 20s maybe. I paid $5000 for 50 million stem cells to be divided up. 1st of all there were no stem cell vials shown to me nor certification paperwork which is the law come to find out now. The Dr told me right off that they should never have booked me for knee injections because I have artificial implants. He injected them anyhow because I paid for them but did it without ultrasound or any guidance. Also, he supposedly put 5 million stem cells in my face which was with a little hand held 2 maybe 3 millimeter depth of needles in a tiny round ***** size diameter applicator. He appeared to be teaching this young assistant and allowed her to try also on me. The remaining I had 30 million through IV. I left there no nausea not feeling any different. I have seen my face get more severe wrinkling since ******* and living in WA state ******* to mid March has been 99% raining or even snowing so I absolutely was not outside implying this is not from sunshine damage. I have reached out so many times to the coordinator of R3 and she says just wait. I told her I would be in ****** this week to see if they wanted to make good on what has not happened as promised. They would kept saying it is too soon. I went to a different Stem cell facility today not R3 and talk about a professional establishment. The new clinic I went to showed me all the bottles they injected prior to so I could verify I was getting what was promised as well as certifications of authenticity. This is how I was informed that it is illegal even in ****** to not provide these. The clinic (not R3) I went to had an anesthesiologist to inject my back, a plastic surgeon to do my face and other well educated employees to draw blood as well as comfort me throughout the procedures as well as assist the doctors. I want all of my money back and costs involved, $200 for taxi to and fro. I DO NOT recommend!!!

  Normally I don't respond to reviews, but this is ridiculous. Here's what **** wrote after her procedure: "But thank you for being such a great doctor to me I really did appreciate how gentle you were on my face and I know you had to do what you had to do for the knees and so thank you again. Please let me know if you're ever in ******* and if so when and if there's some kind of price that we can work out for a real facelift with stem cells with mesochemal stem cells so I can actually have a beautiful face once again. Thank you again, very kindly, *************** "**** also went on to discuss her limited income and say "you are a very honorable and respectable doctor". We provide mesenchymal stem cells from a Cofepris accredited lab and I'm happy to send the Certificate of Analysis to anyone showing the testing and tissue testing quality control. Our doctors have been injecting knees for 5 years, and the micro needling procedure was performed exactly as it's supposed to be with her own blood (PRP). There's nothing illegal about it, we're the busiest stem cell clinics in all of ******. If this young lady had contacted me, I would have been happy to work with her. We have training courses all over the ***, she could have received a FREE procedure as part of our Therapy Commitment.

  January ************************************************************************************ discount fit. Total cost 7k and 5 hundred as quoted. This took place in *******, ******, Clean and very professional, don't believe the few people that complain. Never understood how someone can always see negativity everywhere.I was with two other men that day and they where very satisfied as well. Five stars from me, saved a bunch of money over other stem cell clinics. Just because the charge more really doesn't make the better or worse. Very happy with my cost point.

  ****** and ******* office very unprofessional,disorganized,unethical. I was very unhappy with their performance and how I was treated. I was charged another $500 dollar not pesos to received my lower back shot. On top of my $30,000 Dollars purchase of 1Million package. I was not told about it. ****** driver tried to charged me $100 dollars to pick me up from airport after I was told it was included. They run everything out of ******* and they miscommunicate a lot. They left me waiting days to hear back to schedule. The surgical anesthesiologist they hired was a joke , I didnt even have a comfortable pillow, or comfort to lay on my side to received spinal shot. I was on robe **** on a cold room. It was like OOPs this is all we have. No concern for me as a patient, the shot hurt I felt it going in. The Anesthesiologist said Ill add more pain medicine my bad. This is a very painful injection and there was no kindness and empathy for me. The girls taking my blood to collect white blood cells left my arms bruised, they were just learning? All the injections were painful, on all the joints injections , they just butchered the service of making sure theres no pain felt while injecting, no care. Theres no one to complaint to , they keep giving run around with their circle of people in the office. I had another employee help me with the process from the *** offices, who was the one I decided to do sign up through. Otherwise I would have chosen the bioxcellarator in ********. There was no follow up to see how I was doing. There was no MRI or Scan offer to see progression on the injections, so maybe they dont want me to see if theres actual improvement with their stem cells. To do a recap. All injections were painful, especially on my lower back. Anesthesiologist from ******* was not good at all. And the bed were they lay me down was uncomfortable, had no way to lay down on my side to received a painful and critical injection. It hurt , it shouldnt have happened.

  I'm sorry you had a bad experience. The operating room table has the same padding as any in North America, but you should have been offered additional pillows for comfort. Our anesthesiologist, Dr. ***************** has been with ** for over 5 years and we routinely receive rave reviews for him. On your next visit let's do a conscious sedation so you'll be under twilight and tolerate it better. We do have a customer success manager who follows up with all patients, not sure if you missed a voicemail possibly? We do have an office manager in ******* who is bilingual along with several nurses, was ********* there? What about April? Their presence in the office has been super helpful over the years making sure patients are comfortable and taken care of. ************* charges 2-3 times our fees, and their cell quality is no better.
