              On 6/5/23 I went with my son to help buy his car. My son was working. I was not since 2022. The finance guy asked if I would be a sponsorship for him to get car. He said it was not co-signing as I did not want to do that. I asked questions like if he missed payment if Id be responsible and he said no as I was not co-signing. Well my son was late on a payment and Loan place Credit Acceptance called asking me for payment. Apparently the dealership put me as the buyer of car and primary on loan. I was misled and lied to by finance guy named ***********************. I was not working and told him so . How did I get approved as primary on a loan with no job and no income??? I feel there has to be some action for lying on loan application.

              By far the WORST PL**E TO GET A CAR. First car they gave me the alternator went out 15 minutes after I left the parking lot. Car shut off on me while I was driving with my 4 kids under 7 in the car , doors wouldnt unlock and the ** was off . Took almost 15 minutes to finally get out . Then they traded it and gave me another car and the ** is messed up. Took 2 weeks to fix it and then when I got my car back from getting fixed the heater stopped working and my speakers all messed up from them taking the dash board out , when I mentioned about them fixing my speakers since they messed it up, they said they couldnt do anything for that cause its not under warranty yet they were the ones that messed it up. While they were fixing my car I would call every other day for an update and everytime I would talk to ***** the manager she never had an answer to any of my questions. It would always be I dont know or Im not sure , then 10 minutes later someone else would call me a give me a detailed message about my car. They also wouldnt even help me out and let me use a car knowing that was my only vehicle I have and yet they were one the one still making mistakes while they were fixing my vehicle. If you want to buy a car that barely works and has a lot of problems this is DEFINITELY the place to go. If I knew how bad this place was from the customer service to the service ********************** , I wouldve NEVER traded my car here.
