    I purchased a new Truck from a ***** Dealership back in October and last night the truck left me stranded on the side of a highway and waited over 2 hours for a tow truck. Today I had it towed to the nearest ***** Dealership (Jerry Seiner Chevrolet Casa Grande ************) and they have had my truck all day and wait until almost closing to tell me they haven't looked at it and will not be able to until Monday. I am without a car for at least 4 days before they even know whats wrong. I asked for a loaner car or rental and I was told they do not supply that. I bought a vehicle over ********* and only had it for 6 months and still under warranty and now I am left without a car asking people for rides. I was told they dont have tech on weekends so thats why they cant get to it until Monday, yet the service **** is open on Saturdays. If I would have known about this customer service they provide I would have never taken my truck there.

    This complaint is against Dodge RAM USA and Jerry Seiner Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, of ********************************************. It came to my attention on Thursday, June 13, 2024, that the Ram Truck, VIN Number *****************, which I had just purchased on or about June 08, 2024, had an aftermarket remote-start system installed (on or about June 11, 2024) onto the vehicle without my knowledge. I had made it very clear to the salesman, sales manager, finance manager, and sales general manager that I would not purchase the vehicle without a nav unit and an OEM remote start similar to what was on the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk I had traded in. The remote start was installed by a man not affiliated with Dodge RAM, nor was the unit an authorized part. Thus voiding any manufacturer's warranty. I brought this issue to the attention of the General Manager of Sales, *************************, and the Dealership General Manager, ******************** on multiple occasions. I filed a formal complaint with Dodge RAM USA on June 18, 2024. I have been treated not as a victim of a flagrant violation of Dodge RAM SOPs but rather as a petulant unsatisfied customer. I was promised by Dodge RAM USA that I would receive a call from a representative by close of business today June 19, 2024. A call that never transpired. General Manager ************************* nor ******************************* have worked diligently to resolve this crisis which I find as negligent, fraudulent, irresponsible, and most likely illegal. Instead of helping resolve this situation, Currently, I have been met with foot-dragging, lack of, or limited communication, and presented with options that on the surface appear reasonable but instead force me into accepting the status quo or purchasing a vehicle that would cost me more to finance, higher monthly payments, and beyond the limits originally discussed. This situation needs to be resolved immediately! All other options to remedy this situation will remain on the table for review and action.

    Unfair treatment by staff when going in with good faith , also threatened and belittled by supervisor. Left without vehicle.

    I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler in for service and there were parts that needed to be ordered. At the time there was a strike going on but later resolved. So now I have been waiting on one part because they have all the other parts that came in except the Adjuster. Long story short Im still waiting on the parts without any follow up calls, emails or text messages.

    I purchased a 2019 dodge ram in the past 6mths the dealer has had it more then I've driven it. It has an electrical problem that makes it go dead with in a day. The dealership even had it a whole month without contacting me the whole month. I had to call them to get an answer. I'm then told it's fixed I take it home and its dead the next day. I have been very patient with them through out this ordeal and I feel I'm getting pushed off. I called them last Monday I explained it was dead again. I call the service manager and he said he would talk to the sales manager to figure something out for me and again I've heard nothing. All I'm want is my money back and the $1400 for the brand new tires I put on it. Please help

    On Nov 30 2023, my husband ****** and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Caravan from Jerry Seiner dealership in ***********. We put down a substantial amount of money when we purchased the vehicle. On the way home the check engine light came on and so we took the van back to the dealership on Dec 1st and were told the "codes' were not detrimental to the car's function and to *************. We made an appt to have the car serviced later in Dec and were told due to employee illness they would not be able to provide service. We made a new appt for Jan 4th, **** and left the van at the dealership. Since that time we have been told the car needed a new head gasket, then a few days later were told it needed a new motor, then we were told the warranty company denied the claim because the damage to the motor happened before the sale of the car. We were told the dealership would make good on the repairs. The last communication we had was that the technician that found the problems was no longer working for the dealership and a new technician would need to be assigned. Since we are making payments on a van we do not have I asked the dealership to come up with a solution since the van they sold us was obviously a piece of junk. They offered to cover 2 months car payments while they worked on the van. The van is still at the dealership and NO solution about the repair or replacement has been reached. There was also no offer of a loaner vehicle (I asked) and was told none were available. We are completely disgusted with this whole mess. My husband is a 100% disabled Veteran and we bought the van because he was no longer able to get into our Jeep Compass. At this time we do not have the van, we do not have a timeline for completion of the repair work, we have not been offered a replacement vehicle. Most of the people involved in the sale of the vehicle do not even work for the dealership anymore, which is scary. Any help with this situation is appreciated.

    My car broke down August 2022 and was towed in to Jerry Signer who started repairs to the engine under the extended warranty I purchased through them. I also told them about issues I was experiencing with the transmission which was documented I was told they would be looking at the transmission also. December 2022 the warrantee expired they did cover expensed for the engine through 2023 although it is now December **************************************** and my children could have been killed due to lack of proper repairs. Also transmission had several issues wrong with it when I took it to another mechanic he sent me a picture of a bolt barely threaded in also a safety concern and if Jerry Signer would have even looked at the transmission like they should have because it was documented when the warrantee was in effect when I mentioned it and I was told it would be covered and repaired if they found anything also there were several other issues found with the transmission like a hole in a hose causing there to be no fluid how would they have missed that if they looked. Again me and my children would have been killed. And on top of that we were never offered a loaner car or rental car as they had my car for over a year and now my car is back with them again for who knows how long and if it will even be fixed properly where me and my kids will even be safe.

    I made an appt to drop off my vehicle for diagnostic on 12/4. I was then reached out to by **** asking if I wanted to trade in the car, I told her I was considering trading it in sometime but was not sure about it. When I dropped off my vehicle I told them the car has been chugging but does not lose power when accelerating while driving and the check engine light came on once but never came on again and was NOT on when I dropped the car off. I told them they need to drive the car to see what I mean by the chugging feeling. I was told the diagnostic came back as a misfire and that I need a new cylinder head. I told them if this is what will fix the chugging problem then yes to fix it. They told me they have driven the vehicle multiple times before and after fixing as well. They stated the car would be ************** 12/8 when I called Friday they said Monday the 12/11. I called Monday thinking my car would be done, but was told the part wasnt even in and they were still waiting on the part. I was upset and told them they need better communication because Im catching rides with my kids and I need my vehicle. They called when the part came in and said the car would be ************** 12/15 or Monday 12/18 the latest, I told them to communicate with me so I can plan accordingly. Monday comes and my car was taken for test drives because the locks on my car would lock and unlock while driving/stopping. They kept the car to fix the fuses. On Wednesday 12/20 my vehicle is complete and ready to be picked up. I pay $5,966.02 on my card but the paperwork printed says cash. Within less than 24hours I return with the same issue I came in for. The day I picked it up was close to closing and I had the same issue but they are closed at this time to return. I take my car back on 12/21 and tell them my car has the same exact issue from when I first dropped it off, nothing was fixed!!!Was never test driven, the mileage is still the same as when it was dropped off.

    - I have taken my car there 5 different times in which they kept it between 2-7 days because I would have to remind them to fix something that was already written down. They would promise me back my car one day and push it back a few days later - I paid $256 to get my harmonic balancer and belt replaced and got belt checked by somewhere else and it was loose - they left a scratch on my passenger side and tried to paint over it - left my wheel liner out and in my trunk - they kept trying to tell me to give them another chance but never again after I was told my car was fine to drive with a bad harmonic balancer - when I dropped my car off I had that one problem but when I picked it up, it drove the worst it has ever. Jerry Seiner Chevrolet did some services for free after the third time of bringing it back but new problems kept popping up and I just couldnt take it anymore
