I have been living at this place for a year and a half and I have had nothing but sewer problems with my bathroom I have a two bedroom two bath and I'm unable to use my master bathroom because of the pictures that you see I have CC water that I have to collect in a bucket from the neighbors upstairs maintenance has been over seven times to fix that problem as well as the septic with the sewer problem my tubs overflow both bathroom toilets are now clogged both bathtubs are overflowed and I have a bucket of p*** water that I have to collect and dump from my neighbors I am HIV positive so I have an autoimmune disorder and you could smell the ** and f**** coming from the bathrooms even after you close the doors it is not safe or healthy for me to be dumping other people's p*** water because maintenance does not want to do their job correctly. I included a sign that they have posted on the property regarding the fact that dog waste you can get charged $50 if you do not pick it up because it causes diseases I went to the office and I asked her do you know I could get hepatitis from this p*** water dripping down from my ceiling and she just shook her head and her shoulders I said well how am I supposed to go to the bathroom when there's no toilet available to me when I pay my rent she says well I don't know! I've included several pictures and have posted it online as well I have never been late for my rent and I've been here a year and a half I pay $1,415.03 every month on time but I cannot get maintenance to fix the toilet problem again I want to add I have s*** water dripping from my ceiling that I have to collect in a bucket I cannot use my master bathroom and have not been able to because directly above the toilet is the vent fan where water continuously trips from their toilet upstairs. The other problem is apparently they tell me something with the city sewer but that's not my problem when I pay my rent and I can't bathe in my bathtub please send help
