      We purchased our house and moved in about 1 month ago. We are having issues with our septic system and they are the ones that completed the work and inspection before we moved in. I called them Thursday with a problem we are having and they have a message that they are out through January 3rd with no other number to call or no emergency line to refer to. We are dealing with a very large problem that involves sanitation and using water in our house safely and they are not available nor have anyone for us to reach. Because they did the work we need to speak with them to try and problem solve.
