Zero stars because they give zero f*#ks about their customers. Period. They will take your money, give you s***** work by unlicensed folks, and overcharge you every time theres a change that needs to be made that they are encouraging you to do. So dont fall for this scam company.

Awful, absolutely awful! They were a nightmare to deal with. Our casita took from the end of May, 22 when it went to permitting, to Oct 23 to complete. They will make excuses for everything, low bid you, then want to change order things, lie to your face about mistakes that were made, etc, etc, etc. Bottom line is...go ahead and hire them if you want a terrible builder experience.

Do not let the prefabricated outdated "5-star" reviews on other platforms fool you. We went under contract with Luxe Development Group/Arizona Garage Builders back in February of 2022. We finally finished our project As of June 30, 2023. This company has provided terrible customer service, extremely poor quality of work, and an unsafe construction environment. They painted our Casita 2 days after it was stuccoed. Ask any other professional, stucco must be cured for at least 30 days prior to painting. This resulted in significant cracking which they tried to just paint over. Eventually, they had to repaint our entire project. Our term per the contract ended in February (que excuses from the builder, now...). No sense of urgency or desire to complete the remaining work. We were 90% complete for over 6 months. There was a 3-month period where someone was at our project only 6 times. We had a deep open hole for our septic system for over 3 months due to their inability to successfully pass inspection (failed 3 times). They finally put up a temporary fence after I asked multiple times and expressed concern for the safety of our kids. Another major concern was roof tiles started falling off. This could have been deadly. ****, the owner's son, the one who wrote the response to ****'s honest and truthful review was incompetent and unprofessional the entire time. I have already discouraged many people not to use this builder and suggest anyone reading this do the same. Save yourself the headache and months of excuses we've endured the last 15 months. I know from discussions with other current customers whose projects are still not finished feel the exact same way. All I can say is save yourself the headache and hassle and use a different builder.

************,We recently came across your reviews that you have felt compelled to post across every social review platform available regarding the construction of your casita, and we wanted to address the concerns you raised. After reviewing your project, we found some discrepancies between your claims and the actual facts.First, we would like to point out that your claim about the project taking an excessive amount of time is unfounded. In fact, our records clearly indicate that your casita was completed near our anticipated 180-day goal. We always strive to deliver our projects within the agreed-upon timeframe, and we take our commitments to our clients very seriously. Our team worked diligently to ensure that your casita was completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. It is important to note that we received your permits on July 15 for the casita and Sept 1 for your septic system. We broke ground for your casita on Aug 2. We called for a final inspection on your project on March 15th, but you locked the casita so the inspection failed because he could not gain entry. The inspection was rescheduled and passed the next day on March 16th. We did have a small delay as we were closed during the holidays, so the over forty families we support within our company could spend time with those near and dear.We understand that every client's experience is important to us, and we regret if there were any miscommunications or difficulties during the construction process. However, we kindly request that you reconsider your statements and reflect upon the accurate details of the project timeline and construction methods. We have spent the last couple of months addressing every item on your punch-list of items to ensure that your casita is to your satisfaction. Additionally, it is important to note that you do have a 2-year warranty on your build. Should anything additional arise, please let us know.We value your feedback, and we are always open to resolving any concerns or issues you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us directly so that we can address your concerns further and find a suitable solution.Thank you for your understanding.Best regards,The AGB Family
