    On 06/07/2023 I had Benson Autobody mount and balance on my vehicle. They messed up my $2000 set of rims, there is chunks missing. Their customer service is horrible, I spoke to the owner about the problem and he said that their tire machine is brand new and the tools are plastic. However, the tools being plastic did not help because they put the tools on my rims so tight that the plastic burned the paint on my rims. I asked the manager to make to fix this problem by at least repainting my rims, he told me no and to take my business elsewhere.

    The wheels in question have previous damage as you can see by the attached photo, the damage has actually been painted over. The other pictures are from hitting objects while driving, we call them curb checks as the damage is not in line with tires being replaced and also contain wear to know they were previous damage.

    These rims have had damage but were recently repaired there was no missing chunks out of the rims or missing paint and if you look closely at the first picture the blackish blueish color on the edge of the rim is actually burnt on plastic for the tire tech pushing the rim against the machine there was no signs of damage after they had been repaired and not in one of those photos does it show any signs of repaint
