    I paid TNT LIQUIDATION $373.83 on 12/3/2021 for 13 boxes of laminate flooring -- MESA OAK. I followed up every month and **** always said he was expecting it to arrive soon. The last time I talked to him in August 2022, he said I was next to receive it. I left several messages and emailed the company in September - October asking for a refund. Now they are out of business.

    -The last correspondence FROM the owner was on 9-28-2022, Ive tried reaching out on calls and emails since then up until 11-9-2022 and hes completely stopped responding. We initially ordered our flooring in September 2021. So its been over a year.He initially said it would take 1-6 weeks to get the flooring and now its been almost 60 weeks with no end in sight. -$5,751. I have the invoice still and credit card transaction.112 boxes of Lifeproof Alpine Backwoods Oak flooring + delivery. After saying his business went bankrupt and he moved into a new warehouse he was going to get me another floor in stock but its been 2 months and hes ignoring me similar to other complains on ****** and yelp.-I ordered and paid for flooring and **** the owner has not sent us flooring or given us a refund and has been stringing us along for over a year now with no end in sight. (first excuse was *****, then shipping backlogs, then he started blaming the president, then blamed TNT liquidations and bankruptcy, then blamed moving warehouses, it was always an excuse.). Then he said he couldnt refund our money, because he filed bankruptcy in one of his companies and moved all his assets to another company (so he can continue frauding people I assume?). He was working on getting us a different flooring. I also recorded a phone call and have a long email chain correspondence I can send over. -He made no attempt to try helping us, I had to push on him to get a refund/different flooring. He claims he will try to resolve it but now hes ignoring my wife and myself and hasnt done anything.

    I place an order for flooring and the man kept telling me it was on a ship we been waiting for over a year then when it didn't come, he had other flooring i told that would work. Then he said they didn't ship to ******* were i lived.so i told him to send my money back and the said i wasn't getting it back because he didn't own the new business. it was a favor to me to even get flooring. But he could ship the floor. So, he stole ****** from me I put on my credit card and your credit only gives you 60 days so now i have to pay the money back and i have no flooring. I would say that fraud!!

    In August of 2021 we ordered ******* worth of tile from **** at TNT liquidators who said it should be 6-8 weeks. 2 months later when I called to check on the progress with **** he said let me call and check. He never called me back. Every time I call him to check on the tile it's one excuse or the other about why it's not here. He would say I've been in business for 40 years and I've never seen anything like this and I'll call you back. Not once has he called me. In July ******************************** there is a truck this week and maybe it's there. I said can't you look at your list or the computer? No, they don't work that way. He never called back. Yesterday, September 13, 2022 we went to the warehouse and all the doors were locked. I called the *** phone number and got a recording. Then I called the ************ phone number that is on the window right next door and **** answered. I asked to be let in and he says we're not here. The business hours are 7-3 and nobody was there. I asked if he could look up my order and he says I'm not near a computer and I should call back tomorrow which is today September 14, 2022. I called him this morning and reminded him who I was and he immediately told me that *** went out of business in January of 2022 and we are not going to get that tile. He says *** took lots of money from him and we will have to pick something he has because he now he works for Home Improvement Surplus AZ. Again, these buildings are connected. If *** went out of business in January why did he not tell me this on one of the many occasions I have contacted him since January of 2022? Why did he not mention it yesterday when I was standing at the door? I just want my money back so I can move on with my project.

    Paid for flooring and he never shipped it. Wont answer any of my calls or emails. Its been almost 6 months since ordering.
