    I have used this location for all of my shipping needs for over the last five years and as of yesterday, I never ever will again! Not only did this *** store lose my package, they decided to value my package at a zero dollar value, without ever asking me the value of what was inside, and with giving one tracking number for two packages! Even though it was $100 mirror inside of the box which, by the way was never shipped, and was lost on their behalf, but to top it off, I paid $100 to have it overnighted, at which it never was! Then I called and asked for a supervisor to to get help with locating the packages that the employee decided to never ship, never returned, or never even acknowledge apparently, and the supervisor they decided to call me was one of the most incompetent supervisors Ive ever NOT had a pleasure speaking with. Not only did he tell me he would file a claim, but HE didnt, he told me that it was up to him if he decided to file a claim, and that there was no claim number, unless HE decided to give me one! Im sorry, but ***** (supervisors name) should not be a supervisor, let alone an employee of anywhere, because he has no respect or manners for consumers Ive never heard of anyone writing a claim for anything, and not have a claim number!Not only did they lose my package theyre not giving me my money back for the last package or the hundred dollars that it cost to ship it ************ the end of the day, they need to find my package or give me a claim number for the package that they lost, they need to be obligated to ask customers what the value of the package is instead of being deliberately able to put zero so that when they lose a package, theyre no longer liable, and they need to fire the help because theyre not helpful
