  Placed order on June 26 and waited 2 weeks without any update. Emailed the seller who said there was an issue with the item. Then received another email that the item would go to a waitlist. Shopped online boutiques often and never have had issues like I have had with this business. Waiting on a refund from a third party and until then I paid for something I did not receive. Would never recommend this business.

  We truly regret the inconvenience and frustration this customer experienced and appreciate the opportunity to respond..
  This order was impacted by a major system glitch that affected how some orders synced in our backend. As soon as we identified the issue, we began working to correct it and responded to the customer via email, explaining the delay and the status of the item. Unfortunately, during this time, the item did end up moving to a waitlist.
  Before we could issue the refund, the customer filed a chargeback with their payment provider. We immediately informed them that we could process the refund directly if the chargeback was withdrawn, but the customer chose to leave the chargeback in place. Once a chargeback is initiated, it freezes the transaction on our end, and were no longer able to process a refund or take direct action while the payment processor investigates and resolves the dispute. 
  Despite this, and in an effort to make things right, we issued a store credit to the customers account as a gesture of goodwill while the chargeback process is pending.
  We responded to every communication and made sincere efforts to resolve this situation promptly. We're continuously working to improve our systems and communication to prevent issues like this in the future. We value all customer feedback and remain committed to improving the overall experience with our business.

  I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I placed an order in February and only received part of my order - with no notification or updates about the remaining item I didnt get. I reached out and after going back and forth with them having to "contact the warehouse" they told me the item was sold out. They offered me a gift card which I received but could never get to work online. After reaching out again and letting them know the gift card didnt work, they placed an order for me, which didnt total the amount of the gift card, but at this point I didnt care. I told them to keep the balance on the card that I only wanted the times I had purchased with the gift card. Here it is June next week and I still havent received the item that was purchased with the gift card. Ive been emailing for weeks and cant get an answer. They have "reached out to the warehouse" and once again dont have an answer for me. The warehouse is in ******* - not *****. I get things faster from ***** and ******* than this. So disappointing - especially since they have cute things online.

  Id leave a ZERO star review if I could but this wasnt an option. I ordered a pair of jeans for Krush Kandy Botique in March and still have not received them OR a way to have them tracked. *** reached out to this company several times and continue to get ads from them nonstop, but NO INFO ON MY PRODUCT! Had the cost of jeans been minimal, Id chalk it up to my poor judgement and move on but these jeans were costly! Still poor judgement on my part, but hope posting this will help others NOT get sucked in to purchase anything from Krush Kandy Botique!

  You will wait forever for your order. They state on their website 4-7 business days to ship and even when they do not fulfill that promise they will not cancel your order and refund your money!

  I saw an add for this boutique on socials and saw a pair of pants that were cute so decided to purchase. I followed their sizing chart and when I received the pants they didnt fit. No where upon check out or trying to file a return until my return was submitted was I notified that they only give store credit for returns even if its right away. Its been a month of back and forth between them and ****** and since I returned the pants. I still havent even received a store credit refund and then when I called ***** to check the tracking they said they had reach out to the store owners already that my package may have been lost in the mail and when I reached out to the owners again theyve completely ghosted me. Their business is a scam and they dont treat their customers kindly when an issue arises. I hope others read this and know not to spend your money there.

  Ive been buying from this company for many years and have always been satisfied. If I ever have questions, they are quick to have an answer for me. I have worn their jewelry for several years and they are still in perfect condition. Great quality jewelry, clothing, make up, shoes ect
