      Prior to July 31 2023 I purchased $900 in gas cards (******************************************************************** *****) because the store rep told me chevron was in all 50 ****** and stated that gas cards can be used anywhere.While in route I arrived in ****** and I was trying to locate a chevron. I asked around and I was told ****** did not have a Chevron. I decided to call chevron for clarity because it didnt make sense.I also called them because I now have $900 in gift cards that I have am unable to use. The chevron rep told me that the information that I was provided at chevron station is false and that they do not have any chevrons in the Midwest.I contacted chevron again once I finally got out of ****** (due to be stranded because I was unable to get gas). I informed the reps of what occurred and told them I need a FULL REFUND due to the fraudulent activity that has occurred at Chevron that resulted in me purchasing the cards.Chevron told me that they would refund me and that I would be contacted None of that has happened Each location has been repeatedly dishonest and has passed the responsibility to resolve this matter on to someoneEvery day the problem progresses and no thing is being done to resolve this matter From 8/1/23 until present Chevron corporate and chevron franchise locations has given me the run around, blatantly lied, and has made zero attempt to remedy this situation.Spoke with on 8/11/23 ********* supervisor ******************* She stated that she was emailing **** about him lying ALL I WANT IS A FULL REFUND ($900) IN THE FORM OF PAPER CHECK FOR THE BOGUS GIFT CARDS THAT WERE SOLD TO ME DISHONESTLY EMAIL IS THE BEST AND ONLY METHOD OF CONTACT FOR ME *******************
