  I had an inconvenience that I was able to solve with a product I purchased from ************************* special needs granddaughter can walk but needs a wheelchair for longer distances, so my daughter stores the 50-pound chair in the back of her van. To load and unload, she removes the rear wheels, pushes the chair into the van, and blocks it in place. To make it easier I purchased a Newline Sliding Shelf from Shelves That Slide and mounted that on a plywood base to fit in the cargo area of her van. The wheelchair fit perfectly in the 23 x 22 Newline shelf but I did have to remove the front side of the shelf to roll the wheelchair on and off the shelf. This weakened the shelf which made it impractical for my intent.*****, from Shelves That Slide contacted me immediately to confirm my order for a 23 shelf, because most kitchen cabinets only have a depth of 21 . I sent pictures to ***** when I finished the first assembly, and he immediately recognized how I weakened the shelf, and he recommended a solution. Shelves That Slide has an Economy shelf made of 5/8-inch particle board which became the sliding base for the Newline shelf. The final assembly was the Economy Sliding Shelf with the tray of the Newline shelf secured on top. I added a wood block with pegs to secure the sliding shelf and wheelchair in the vehicle. I much appreciated the follow up and recommendations by ***** of Shelves That Slide.

  Excellent service, excellent product. The drawers I ordered were confirmed by the staff, fabricated quickly and mailed promptly. They fit perfectly. I give Shelves that Slide my highest recommendation.

  What an amazing company!!! One of the shelves on my 36 wide pantry came crashing down. I found this company online and emailed asking about a replacement. Within two hours the owner of the company responded. He asked for pictures and encouraged me to make the repair myself. He could have easily sold me a new shelf!Over the course of two days he told me the materials to purchase, how to make the repair and answered my questions when I got stuck. The pantry is better now than when it was new.In a time where customer service is not always good, ********************** made me realize that there are great companies out there that are really concerned with good honest service. Ill be replacing some base cabinet fixed shelves soon and this is the company Ill use for my new sliding drawers. A+++++

  I am very pleased with the sliding shelves I ordered from Shelves That Slide, and with the service I received.Their on-line measuring guide and instructions were precise and specific. After I placed my order, I received a phone call from ***** with some follow-up questions. Based on that call I modified my order to delete blind corner shelving. I received an e-mail from my credit card company less than half an hour after the phone call, notifying me that the refund for the deleted shelving had been placed.That phone call was late on a Wednesday afternoon. The shelves were shipped the following Monday and I received them that Friday (******* to *******), precisely on the day promised. The shelves and other components were very carefully packagedshrink-wrap around each shelf and then again around the packaged shelves, then bubbled wrapped, with foam spacers to ensure no movement within the box.The installation instruction were clear and easy to follow, although they were more complete on-line than on the printed sheet sent with the order. I found that using a marking pen to mark s**** locations for the **brackets, and then drilling pilot holes, made the installation easier. And yes, the process went faster with the later shelves than with the first.The shelves fit perfectly, operate smoothly, and look good. And most important, my wife is happy.Their attention to detail in checking on my order, their promptness and honesty in processing the refund, the quality of the shelves, and the care taken in packaging the product, were commendable. If I ever need more sliding shelves I would order from them again, and would recommend you to others, without hesitation.**********

  When my order arrived it was missing 1 set of the slides that mount in the cabinet. A quick email and it was shipped to me. The shelves were very easy to install and work just wonderful!! They did an awesome job of manufacturing these units and great quality work.

  WOW! This company exceeded my expectations. I gave them a 5-star rating because after spending several days looking for some kind of "shelf that slides", I stumbled onto this company. Not only did I get to custom order my shelves at a very reasonable price, but they were also delivered beautifully packaged with plastic and bubble wrapped quickly. I couldn't believe it. I have now installed my custom shelves and will definitely be ordering more. I highly recommend "Shelves That Slide."
