    I made a purchase through the One Country store, and by mistake purchased the wrong item. I didn't realize this until after the item had shipped. I reached out to the One Country customer support team. I quickly received a response from Kinlee. She was very understanding and went over and above to help me find a quick resolution to the situation. It is evident that the employees of One Country genuinely care about the work they are doing. I can't say enough good things about my experience - top notch customer support! I will most certainly continue to donate to One Country and will make future purchases in the One Country store.

    One Country is the real deal, bar none the number 1 place for those who love everything country to be….they’re dedication to donating to wonderful charities and encouraging members to get involved is noteworthy! On top of that there are the giveaways and they stand alone in the country community as King! Also as an added bonus, their customer support is stellar! Simply put by 1C “You gotta ride to win”………….

    I would like to give a shout out to Chelsea ********! I was notified by her that I had won One Country’s weekly $1000 giveaway. Initially I was skeptical but she provided me with all the information and support I needed to confirm with the company that it was indeed legit. Chelsea was very helpful walking through all the steps to get everything confirmed. I have never won anything like this in the past and couldn’t believe it when it actually happened! Thank you One Country for creating a great company and hiring some great staff…customer service was 10/10

    I chose to cancel my One Country membership due to tight monthly finances. I sent an email requesting the cancellation and even though the website stated it might be 3-4 days before I received a response, I received notification the next day that the cancellation was taken care of. The writer of the e-mail response was super polite and professional. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

    Rating would be a 5 for Katt who helped with email request to remove CC that was closed as fraud. The email was based on inability to locate area on your website with instructions to remove or update CC for membership.
    If rating was based on strictly website it would be 2, for lack of user friendly access to update account and membership criteria.
    Kudos to Katt for quick, precise attention to my issue.

    I really enjoyed seeing how much people help and having an opportunity to win.This was a fun membership and hopefully in the future we can get involved again if we can get our finances in order. It saddens us to have to cancel and lose future opportunities but we are experiencing some financial hardships and are trying to eliminate all monthly expenses on what we we can cancel.
