      Very surprised by the overall poor workmanship. Many items had to be brought to the installers attention...not just by myself...but by their own QA person.
      A few items, new water lines in attic not properly secured, (mostly corrected second time) not properly insulated (I'm still correcting and adding insulation as the joints were left un insolated. Hole drilled in side of brick but missed the proper location. Hole in brick had to be repaired. New rear outside faucet pathetically held on by two screws, half screwed in, questionable insulation of new water lines in walls, due to the exploratory cutting of drywall (some I can understand) the drywall repairs cost me over $1K. Also painting cost me $650
      I paid arrow plumbing over $13K. I just expected much much more quality in workmanship and installation from a licensed plumber(s)

      I sincerely want to apologize for not meeting our standards initially. We routinely perform quality checkups, and thankfully, our supervisor caught oversights and took action accordingly.       Had a clogged sewer line and was told it’s $75 to come out. I figured that’s a great price to clear the line until I got handed an almost $600 bill. Wish I would have been told that or a ballpark price. Won’t be doing business with them again. Plumber did an outstanding job.

      I had a toilet backing up, i called Arrow. They scheduled a service tech (Jett) for the next day. Jett arrived early and quickly diagnosed and addressed the problem. He explained everything in detail. Jett was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. Great responsive company.
