              Due to a faulty part, I took my **** Focus to McLarty Ford in North Little Rock for a repair. The car was under their care continuously for four months with no voluntary communication from McLarty regarding the status of the part that was on backorder for the car. My husband contacted McLarty regularly for updates but never received an update stating when the car would be available. After seeing similar issues with other **** dealers who experienced getting their cars returned with dead batteries after the lengthy wait, we also reached out to McLarty **** about running the car so the battery would not be dead, but they both refused to run the car and refused to grant us access to do so. They contacted us on September 21 stating the car was ready but the battery was dead. There was no issue with the battery before the car went into their care. However, they now refuse to rectify the situation by repairing or replacing the dead battery that resulted from their holding of the car.

              I would steer clear of this dealership. Communication is one thing they could use a ton of help with. I tried contacting them 3 times on a used vehicle they had for sale. Freddie J***** said he would check to see if it was on the lot. I attempted 3 times to find out if the vehicle was still there with no response. The next day I did a quick search and saw that it was removed from their website. A simple it's been sold would have been nice. I guess since he wasn't going to make a sale he didn't care.
