    The technicians had me all set and all was working great until I changed my wifi password on my own after a few weeks. I could not get my cameras to work after that. This is a second home for me so I am not there during work hours. I had to contact the company owner who called the technician. This was in the evening on a weekend. They were able to walk me through the steps to restart them. The technician was nice enough to give me his cell number. I had another question the next weekend and had to bother him again. He was very helpful and it was again a night on the weekend. Great service with this company highly recommend.

    Steve and Billy are the best! Outstanding customer service. We hired Interactive Security Solutions in May of 2016. When you call them you actually get to talk to the owner Steve and that doesn't happen much in these days and times, His main Installer Billy is top notch. I would highly recommended them to any business or home. Just this week we hired them again to Install all of our cameras in our new 50,000 sq. ft. building in the Little Rock River Port. Don B

    I’ve used this company for over 6 years now and they continue to surprise me on their readiness to respond to our critical needs. Steve and Billy and team have always served us with professionalism and quick reaction and response to security system remote notifications including remote monitoring. It’s rare to find a contractor that will contact you if they see an issue with a signal or connection on remotes sites we manage. I highly recommend this company for any electronic/technical security solutions. Great energy with these guys!
