      • Date first known of: 10/9/2023 • paid $0 • Did not request or want any of their “services” they provide to anybody • Issue: Claim to have my wireless phone number “reported” as “spam. My apartment building door buzzer no longer works because of this. My buzzer is suppose to dial my phone for me to answer to unlock my door. Instead Im am told an automated message my number is spam and refers me to their website to register my number as the owner. Im am not a business of any kind its a private number with Verizon Wireless.

      First Orion prides ourselves on providing call protection to millions of consumers in the United States.  We take any inappropriate labeling of a phone call very seriously.  If the consumer is being tagged as ‘Spam’, that would be another provider as First Orion does not label any calls as ‘Spam’.  We only label calls as ‘Scam Likely’.  We would be happy to assist the consumer in better understanding the labeling happening with their phone and direct them to the correct channels for mitigation.  We can be reached at ******@firstorion.com for assistance.
