    Took my 2025 Chevrolet truck to be repaired.( I Hit a large rock in my yard). The insurance Co. Paid for New door's, They told me the doors were new. The Used doors have pings they didn't fix. The clear coat has black spots under it, paint is bubbled and uneven. Red paint from used doors is showing, door screw is not tightened it moves, wires from harness is showing. Back door doesn't lock. Rubber around windows is painted. Paint needed to be stretched around lights to match paint (paint color doesn't match), Doors are not aligned properly. the door liner is hanging out, The Truck value has been compromised. ****** ******** in ******** *** **** ** ******** ***** phone# ************ . Took pictures and has them stored for references. His estimate for fixing the damage 6,200. Employee ******, told me, "next time don't bring your truck back here, we don't have anyone good enough to fix it." My insurance company is aware of the used doors, they paid for new. ***** Insurance.They told me to Contact You. We sent a demand letter asking for a refund, they didn't respond! Owner has been unavailable during this whole process. about a month it took. Had to return it several times just got worse. They just changed their name From Davis Brothers Collision to ******** **********

    The Company Davis Brothers only changed their Name. They did not change ownership.        

    They didn't give me a receipt.  I will see if I can obtain one from ***** insurance Co.

    ****** dropped my truck at my house and handed me the key and said they were done.

    Good morning, in responds to the above complaint. We at Davis Brothers collision received a open shop assignment for this claim on 6\30\2025, it was approved for repairs on 7/8/2025. We called, scheduled customer, from the beginning the customer was in a hurry for the repairs to be completed, she had some scheduled engagement to attend. We rushed to meet her demands the vehicle was not complete, due to lack of time frame for completing repairs. We allowed the customer to pick up vehicle and we scheduled at a latter date for completion. Once we received the vehicle the second time we was rushed then also. We are happy to fix any problems that the customer is complaining about. We at Davis Brothers take pride in our work and customer support as well as guarantee all work done.

    I am rejecting this response because:They had my truck 3 weeks and further messed it up. ***** told me it would only take a couple of days ended up 3 weeks. ****** (a worker)told me not to bring my truck back , they don't have anyone there good enough  to fix it. They gave it ti me over the weekend cos, they didn't finish it. They messed the paint up worse trying to take out black spots they put underneath the clear coat. I don't want them touching my truck. They also put over 100 miles on my truck. Truck Had 1,598 miles, When I got it back it had 1,760 miles. I live 5 miles from Collision center.
