The painter made sure to power wash it first and came back after it was dry and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Thanks for your feedback and we regret that the project did not go as smoothly as we had hoped. The painters accidentally transposed a couple of colors you provided them and applied them in the wrong rooms but we quickly tried to resolve the issue and get the areas painted in the right color. While several of our team members were out of town at a conference for a couple of days during your project we were in communication with you when you brought the issue to our attention. One of our production managers was on site the next week and several efforts were made to fix everything but this became difficult when the work was being inspected with a flashlight only a couple of inches away. We are still willing to resolve any outstanding issues.Review fromMary M

1 starTerrible experience with CertaPro - multiple rooms painted wrong color, absolutely no project management and very poor communication. We hired them thinking we would get a professionally managed job. Our project manager Amanda barely communicated before the job and disappeared during the job.
We were told painters would match the colors on our walls, but first thing the crew asked when they arrived was what colors to use. We gave them the colors for each room. They ended up painting 3 rooms upstairs the color in the downstairs bedroom and the downstairs bedroom the upstairs color. When we called the office about the mistake, we discovered almost the entire office went out of state for the week (explaining the completely unmanaged job). The crew tried to repaint the rooms that day but did not do a good job covering the wrong paint. All edges showed wrong color and there were large areas in rooms that hadn’t gotten any of the correct color. We called the office again and were told our project manager would come out first thing Monday. When Monday afternoon came with no word, we called the office again and the scheduler said the original crew would come out the following day (with no manager). We insisted on a manager (after she accused me of lying about the paint error that should have been well documented in our file), so the following day the crew and a manager (not Amanda - she continued to not be present) walked through. The head of the crew argued with the manager about fixing the areas, so we were not hopeful. Sure enough, their fixes were sloppy and we still had areas without the correct paint.
Of course, CertaPro didn’t send a manager out to inspect the work. We did get some proactive communication- an invoice with a request to pay balance. When we refused, they finally sent someone to fix the paint who mostly fixed everything. We still had touch up to do, No apology. This company does not care about quality of work - just making money.Review fromVee M

3 starsWas advised painters would come out 1st day, no one showed up. This happened twice. Very sloppy work. This is not acceptable for the price charged to do the work. There was something sloppy in every room painted inside my house. I had to request a member of management come review the work. I will not use CertaPro in the future nor recommend them. I hate that because they got really good reviews. I expected a lot better results.Review fromMark M

5 starsWe have used Certa Pro painters for several projects at our home, the latest being Line wash our brick project. This job was very involved and the team worked very hard to provide the look we wanted, and it was a huge success. The team lead by Jesus really took ownership of the job and delivered!
