      In April of 2022, my 2009 Mercedes Benz S63, went through a vehicle diagnostic by the dealership and the repair was agreed upon. Repair was paid at $1,000.00 Repair was completed per diagnostic by dealership. Repair was not completed correctly, which caused 4 more trips back to the dealership over a 4 month period. Service advisor *****, advised a new repair of $6,000.00 was all the sudden needed for the same issues the $1,000.00 repair was suppose to fix. Even though I've already paid out $1,000.00, dealership is now asking for another $6,000.00 to fix a problem that they created. I made several calls to the service manager and left many messages, but he refused to call me back. I finally reached the service manage about my issues and he advised it's my fault the vehicle is having issues, because I'm not driving it enough. I then got a second opinion from another mechanic and was advised that the dealership should be held liable for the damages that they have caused to my vehicle. I then made additional attempts to reach the dealership. The service advisor, ***** advised that it was a mistake on the repair and informed me that he would speak with his manager about correcting the problem and would call me back. ***** called me back a few hours later on 09/23/23 and advised that per newly established policy, as of 09/23/22, they are no longer repairing any vehicles under the year 2010.

      WOW the reviews are consistent with my experience! I have driven Mercedes for more than 20+ years and always gotten my service done at Mercedes! I hadn't driven my vehicle for several days due to the ice storm. My vehicle wouldn't start. I called Mercedes Road Side Assistance that sent someone out that knew NOTHING about Mercedes! I explained to him there was an anti theft system on it and it couldn't be jumped the way he was trying. He proceeded and locked the vehicle up. Mercedes sent 3 different tow companies to pick up. Costing me $1500 and 2 weeks later! 2 weeks no loaner cars and rude service by Melinda! She talked down to me, was very argumentative and when I asked for a manager she kept making excuses and saying the owner doesn't even want to work on vehicles over 10 years, kept blaming the owner! When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the key was duck taped and missing the back. She said that was how they received it, while that was NOT how I sent it! She huffed and puffed around looking for a back and fixed it. It is NOT the money to me, it is the INTEGRITY! I was in the market for a new Mercedes and this was confirmation that it is time to go else where! MERCEDES OF LITTLE ROCK, AR DOES NOT CARE! Spend your money where you are respected and taken care of! Same owner owns Jaguar, they had my vehicle 4 months with no loaner for a simple sensor! By time they got the part the battery was dead and they charged me for a brand new battery! All their loaners are out on warranty problems is what I am told... Mercedes has been a fabulous car, the owner integrity and dealership makes all the difference!
