If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $1200 for KD to make a Robinhood-esq investment site for me. Every other developer I spoke with told me what I wanted would be incredibly expensive. Rather than listening to their advice I instead found KD on a freelance site. The woman (some black lady from Arkansas) assured me what I wanted was easily doable for about $1200 -$2000 and couldn't for the life of her figure out why the other companies would propose such large figures. That shouldve been my first red flag but like a fool i happily bought her services and paid the $1200 upfront. She promised me she'd have it done within a month. Fast forward roughly two months later, almost nothing is up, she was dodging my calls. And when she would answer it was excuse after excuse. She yelled at me on the phone and even angrily complained that I requested too much for too little. Note, this was AFTER she'd already taken my money and assured me it was feasible. The website was never completed and I never got my money back. I attempted to file a suit but because SHE (be careful with these cheap looking website development sights that claim there's a team behind it but you never see the team, only one person and/or stock photos of businesses working. I suspect its just one person "faking it till they make it" and hiring Indian developers overseas to do the work for them.) lived in Arkansas and I was in a completely different state. AVOID KELTECH DESIGNS LIKE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DEPENDS ON IT. Take it from one of their victims. Businesses like KD are the reason the BBB exist in the first place. To warn others. To warn YOU.
