    Hello,
    I ordered sway bar links 12/2/24. The website stated they were “made to order” with build time of 4-6weeks. They were also custom length but no place to enter the length I needed. Their phone only goes to voicemail directing you to their website so no way to call them. After ordering I immediately replied to the email confirmation stating the length I needed. There was no response which I thought was odd. After the 6 weeks, I emailed just asking for an estimated ship date. No response. After 12 weeks I emailed threatening to report fraud to Visa. No response. Now I emailed letting them know I was following through. No response. Unfortunately in looking them up, I now see their google reviews and a Facebook page dedicated to their fraud. Supposedly there is a class action lawsuit which I intend to join. This guy needs to be shut down.

    Purchased a part 9/17/22.
    Adjustable track sway bar
    We have never received the part.
    I have called and called no one ever answers.
    Have sent email after email. Started asking for a refund since the end of Oct 2022 by voicemail, have an email dated 11/2/22 asking for refund. Only have had three replies back stating the part supply issues. Will never respond to giving a refund. The website said 10-15 days of delivery. They said in an email that they don’t guarantee that. Last email said part would ship in May. Then in April the website changed its site and now it states you can’t even buy the same part. We still do not have the part or our money back.

    Purchased product 9/23/2020. 2/16/23 product failed and completely lost steering. Was able to get to the side of the road, avoiding possible life threatening danger, and was able to find a welder to make temporary weld to get back.
    Dodge off-road offered to repair under warranty and sent shipping label. Bar was shipped in the box of replacement part I got.
    Item broke from package during shipping. Find out Dodge off road didn’t ship with insurance and blaming me for lost bar.
    Now after nearly 4 months of leading off and using work truck with temporary bar they decide to say they assume no liability not credit toward bar.
    Company is absolute pinnacle of disgraceful business ethics. Their Customer service and product are equally horrible.

    My husband made a purchase from DOR 03/21/2021 in the amount of $1193.26, order#****** November 2021 be started getting the "supply issues" excuse and the stated the were only shipping out once a month but they were still waiting on supplies. March 2022 they stated they would try to get it out the following month. June 2022 they quit responding to emails and neither of us could get anyone on the phone. I went to the bank to file a dispute but since it was more than 90 days from purchase, there was nothing the bank could do. Now, more than 2 years later, we still have no product or refund. My husband has since purchased the parts needed, from a different company, and fixed his truck.
