- On October 26, 2016 the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee voted unanimously that DAN CURTWRIGHT, d/b/a D C CONSTRUCTION shall pay a civil penalty of $14,000.00 for violation of Section 17-25-505 of the Arkansas Residential Licensing Law, payable to the Committee. The Committee further ordered that a cease and desist order be issued against DAN CURTWRIGHT, d/b/a D C CONSTRUCTION to prevent him from performing work in violation. DAN CURTWRIGHT, d/b/a D C CONSTRUCTION shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
Consumers are advised to call the Arkansas Contractors Board to verify licensing.

On September 20, 2017 Dan Curtwright was assessed another civil penalty of $8,000.00 for working without a license and ordered to cease and desist working until properly licensed.
