    I have been active duty in the US military for 14 years and moved more than 14 times in that timeframe. My wife and I have purchased three homes in CA, MO, and AR since 2020.
    Purchasing a home from Gracy Built was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with any business of any kind in my life. The way that the company handles problems that they are accountable for is absolutely horrendous. Toward the back half of the 12 month “warranty” on the home, which included two slab foundation repairs, landscaping that encroached onto the neighboring lot, among many others, we completely stopped utilizing Gracy as the subcontractors involved were more professional, more caring, and were willing to acknowledge their responsibilities.
    Builders do not do anything except sign contracts with people who do actual work. If you are buying anywhere in Arkansas, I assure you that finding any builder other than Gracy Built is in your best interest. I will harbor more “PTSD” from this home purchase and the ensuing disasters experience of living in a “Gracy Built” house than I will have from my actual military career.
