This business is owned by Mark S**** and he absolutely has no idea how to install a sprinkler system for a yard but he’s a great salesman. He claimed he has an Irragation license and did most of the sprinkler system installation for the city of Branson. I hired him to install a sprinkler system for my yard thinking he had lots of expertise. He must not have told the truth because the sprinkler system he installed was worse than one designed by kindergarten children. His original design was two zones. I objected and said that it needed more than two zones. He installed 3 zones. Zone 1 had 8 pop ups, zone 2 had 18 pop ups and zone 3 had 14 pop ups and went up a hill. Zone 1 worked great but zones 2 & 3 had little to no pressure at the end each zone. Mark’s answer was to install a booster pump which helped some but still didn’t provide enough pressure for zones 2 and 3. His design for zone 2 included pop ups on each side of a 17 foot across area and another row of pop ups in the middle with 15 foot spray nozzles on each head. So if you do the math he put in enough pop ups to cover 45 feet across in a 17 foot across area. Obviously it was being tremendously overwatered. I asked him for a separate zone to cover my landscape beds; not included. Instead he included the landscape beds within zones 1, 2, and 3. In zone 1, one of the landscape beds was not fully covered by the pop ups. 2 out of the 7 pop ups in zone 2 were installed in the middle of the bed instead of the back end so there were plants behind not covered by his design. One of the glued pvc joints that connected the booster pump to the system recently came undone and flooded my backyard for about 3/4 of a day. He used all 15 foot spray nozzles even in areas that were much less than 15 feet. He installed zoysia grass in late September and I found out later zoysia sod should never be installed after the end of August. Please don’t use his company. You’ll be sorry you did just like me.
