On July 24th 2023 I ordered a replacement cooling unit for a Dometic Rm2652 RV refrigerator. I was told delivery would be about a week and a half. Two weeks went by and I tried to contact by phone with no response. I emailed through the website with no response. I figured I was forgotten and since I was not billed I ordered from a different company. Then on Aug 19th 2023 I was billed by Ozark Cooling Units. I thought that meant my unit was on the way so I cancelled my order with the other company. Then when another week went by, I again tried calling and emailing with no response. It wasn't until I called three times directly in a row that they finally answered the phone on Aug,30th 2023. I was met with a rude and demeaning response, claiming a death in the family as to why the delay. and was told my unit had shipped and I would receive it in a few days. That was a lie and he would not supply me with a tracking number. This company is a scam. The name has changed from RVCOOL to Ozark Cooling Units. Something fishy there that needs investigation. The supposed owner's name is Tanner *********. The previous owner was his dad, **** *********.
