              Bought windows in summer of 2021 with delivery scheduled for spring 2022. They installed all but 2 windows with a promise to finish the last 2. One was broken. One was the wrong size. 4 months later I still have a broken window in my back yard so my toddler can play with, the non fitting window sitting in mu outdoor kitchen, the new window sitting my garage so I can’t park my car, 2 leaky windows and a string of emails with false promises. You know what have? My check for 100% of the balance for an entire year. Apparently I’ll have to sue them to get someone to finish their damned job. Based in other reviews I guess I’ll have to sue them for the leaks also.
