    Business sold expired tobacco/vape to me. They did not offer me to try this in the store. I have tried to return expired and unopened vapes and the owner and store is refusing to speak with me or cooperate with me. I would like a refund.

    Hello, this message is initiated in response to the complaint we received from BBB notification.

    Vapes of similar kind are sold at multiple locations and don't have a VIN Number to track its original seller, secondly our door, receipt and inside of the store mentions about no returns and  no exchange policy, besides this we also insist every vape customers to inspect their vapes functionality before stepping out of store as we have had people trying to exchange old ones or products bought from other businesses.

    Regarding the expired product she got, we are still working on our inventory to confirm it, if it came from our store or not.

    Also, selling expired tobacco isn't legally banned as tobacco consumption is bad for health fresh or old, they are consuming it eventually, there is no legalities for selling it after date as a lot of Tobacco Representatives provide us certain discounts and ask us to sell it at an discounted price as a lot of customers even ask for it for certain products with discounts on it.

    We do have a supplier come in every month to pick up returns and expired products to avoid such scenarios.

    Also, there are certain products which we discount it and sell at a loss with no returns or exchange policy like other businesses around country.

    We do take complaints seriously and try to give a best shot to rectify it, this complaint has verbally come to me yesterday and I haven't been able to establish contact with the customer yet.

    I will keep trying to reach the customer and offer a solution if our business has broken any legalities.
