Consumer beware! If I could give zero stars, I would. The contractor, ***** ** and his project manager, ***** ** will lie to you and under bid a project so they get you to sign with them. They have no communication skills and we were always the one reaching out to get things done as they said they had other jobs going even though we were told our project was the priority. They over charge on their commission fees saying it is the normal in the area, we later found out by other contractors that the commission fees are actually 50% less. Once our project began, there was no organization and areas of the project were started before the proper supplies were on site to finish that portion of the project. The company does not keep proper time cards on employees to verify actual hours worked. The company does not verify receipts (I found one receipt submitted that was dated before our contract was even signed). The employees were inexperienced and incompetent, they falsified hours worked, submitted receipts from other jobs and when returning supplies not needed for the job, got credits from the stores and kept the credit for themselves. When confronted ***** and ***** about all the issues and they said things would be better but they never got better, they got worse. The company walked off our job after we once again questioned their invoicing procedures and they admitted during that conversation that we have a credit with them. Now they say they can't complete the job per their original bid. We now have unfinished work and need to find someone to finish our job. When we demanded a refund of the credit we have with them, they refused and I was told by ***** *** "I need to put food on the table for my family".
