            When I first meet Jon we was cool. I was happy that I had found a place that was affordable on my own with 3kids. I reported water coming in from the side door located in the living room since we moved in. Jon doesn’t recall me reporting this among other reports i made to him. This year he set up a phone number to report repairs. I play ping pong between him and the maintenance guy when I report any issue. Mold started growing in the garage ceiling from the roof not being repaired or replaced. He doesn’t keep up with his properties. He hasn’t been rude to me but the maintenance has. The fence was taken down by the wind storms this April it is now August and it will soon be September and no sign of them fixing it. In my opinion don’t rent from this guy no matter how hard it is to rent just stay away.
