I regret hiring this company to come into my home. They didn’t do a Deep Clean, as I hired them for and was quoted for. Owner now wanting me to pay for a service that wasn’t complete. Absolutely Horrible! They are Extremely Unprofessional, and Unresponsive. I tried to speak with the owner to resolve the issue. She continues to avoid me but continues to email me an invoice. $300 for 1 person on a 4 hour time limit to come clean 3600 sq.ft construction remodel that didn’t even have a finished kitchen to clean. The poor girl that showed up was a bit overwhelmed at the size of the home she had to clean in a 4 hour limit. She said she would try and get as much done as she could in the time frame. Shame on the owner. I’ve NEVER had such an unpleasant experience in any service industry. This was like going into a salon asking for your hair to be highlighted and the stylist only does ONE side-of your head and then charges you full price for a unfinished job that looks terrible. I’ve text, sent pictures and emailed the owner. No response. I was willing to pay $200 to be fair because I wouldn’t want anything for free, everyone had to eat but, I’m not going to be taken advantage of I would give this company zero stars. People like this should not be in business if they can’t deliver what they say they will do. It’s such a shame, today people want money but they don’t want to put in the effort and commitment.
