My first bill with this company was emailed to me October 6th (when you sign up for service with them, they say you will liklely pay a fee if you don't choose paperless billing). I tried opening the pill on multiple devidces, where it prompted me to log in and I could get logged in but when I tried to view my account page, a blank white screen appeared. I tried to access the bill every other day until, finally, on October 23rd (I have a user ID retrieval email from that day), I was able to get into my account. I set up auto bill pay that day. However, today, I got my next bill and it's showing my last bill was unpaid and past due. I called in to talk to customer service and was basically told, "too bad, so sad, the late fee isn't that much anyway, and I should have know that the bill could be paid others ways". For starters, I am a new customer and this is your response to an error that wasn't about me? It isn't about the amount, it's about the principal of the thing. Lastly, the email telling me I have a bill doesn't mention any other way to pay the bill, just provides a bill pay link that I could access because of the website issues. I will be looking for another elctric provider is this is how you're going to treat customers--there are plenty of Google reviews with similar complaints and I should have heeded the warnings.
