      Couldn't switch electric over within a week as requested because it was out of town, my lease was voided and since my bank information was on file I had not one but two months deducted for rent. Also kept deposit. I an out 850 rent twice and a 500 deposit. I was there a week. Lost 2200. Yes this is a true story. Very sad. Honestly I liked advantage property, rented from them before this indecent for 5 years. This shocked me and I lost alot of trust in general.

      Corey was a past tenant of ours at another location, that we no longer managed. Stated he wanted to stay with our firm, so we transferred him to another location. At that time, he was dealing with person issues that involved the law, which then became issues for our neighboring tenants. He was unable to perform his responsibilities of the lease, so then we had to terminate the lease.
